M.M.Industries was promoted in the year 1984 by Mr. Sudhir P. Mande, at Hubli. It started with Manufacturing Electrical Control Panels for various sectors like Printing, Machine tool, & Compressors to domestic & over sea OEMs.
The Constitution of M. M. Industries was changed from Partnership firm to Private Limited Company in the year 2001, and M. M. Industries started functioning as M. M. Industrial Controls Pvt. Ltd.
M.M. Industrial Controls is located in Industrial Growth Centre at Dharwad, which is the second most advanced district in the Karnataka state. Dharwad is uniquely positioned between Bengaluru and Mumbai and is an important business center in the state.
