M.M.Industries was promoted in the year 1984 by Mr. Sudhir P. Mande, at Hubli. It started with Manufacturing Electrical Control Panels for various sectors like Printing, Machine tool, & Compressors to domestic & over sea OEMs.

The Constitution of M. M. Industries was changed from Partnership firm to Private Limited Company in the year 2001, and M. M. Industries started functioning as M. M. Industrial Controls Pvt. Ltd.

We have one of the most ultramodern state of the art manufacturing facility for manufacturing sheet metal components at Dharwad in Karnataka State.We have a modern plant measuring 17,000 Sq.mtrs., wherein we have installed the best technology available around the globe to provide sheet metal solution to various sectors.We also have a 7 Tank Pre Treatment Plant and Painting Facility measuring 2,500 Sq.mtrs. This facility is under modernization being upgraded to robotic painting and powder coating facility.
